As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at TrustPath, you'll be pivotal in building the technological foundations that enable trust in AI. This isn't just about writing code – it's about creating the systems and tools that will become the industry standard for how AI companies demonstrate their excellence and how enterprises evaluate AI technologies.

Working directly with our founder and CEO, you'll help translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, automated solutions that make AI products more transparent and trustworthy. As one of our first technical hires, you'll make key architectural decisions that will shape our platform's future. 

You'll be at the intersection of AI innovation and practical implementation, working closely with AI companies to understand their go-to-market needs and influencing their product and GTM roadmaps. You'll also collaborate with research institutes, universities, banks, telecoms, and other enterprises to understand how they evaluate and adopt AI technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement the core architecture of our platform
• Build automated systems that help AI companies demonstrate their capabilities
• Create tools and frameworks for AI technology evaluation
• Develop APIs and integration systems, collaborating with AI companies to understand their technical requirements
• Design intuitive interfaces that make complex AI systems more transparent
• Work with AI companies to understand their technical needs and implementation challenges
• Collaborate with enterprises to understand their AI evaluation and integration requirements
• Lead technical initiatives from conception to delivery

• Programming & Architecture
  • Strong experience with Python, React, and Node.js for full-stack web development
  • Experience with service-based architectures and messaging (serverless/containerized microservices)
  • Experience using coding assistance tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
• Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Proficient with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and maintaining applications
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization
  • Experience with terraform hcl scripts beneficial
• Data Management
  • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for effective data handling
  • Experience with big data systems beneficial
• Development Process
  • Experience in AI development and machine learning, focusing on practical aspects
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with rapidly changing requirements
